Sales Strategy Executive/ManagerIntroduction
The Sales Strategy Executive/Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies todrive revenue growth, optimize the sales pipeline, and improve the overall sales performance.You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align the company’s salesefforts with broader business objectives. Your role will involve analyzing data, identifying trends,and recommending actions to achieve sales targets.Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceedrevenue goals.Work with senior leadership to set sales targets, KPIs, and forecasts.Monitor and evaluate market trends, customer insights, and competitivelandscape to inform sales planning.Sales Process Optimization
Analyze and streamline the sales process to improve efficiency, reduce cycletimes, and increase win rates.Collaborate with the sales team to identify and remove obstacles in the salesprocess.Sales Analytics
Use data analytics to assess sales performance, identify trends, and developactionable insights.Develop reports and dashboards to track sales performance against goals, KPIs,and benchmarks.Sales Training And Development
Collaborate with the sales enablement team to design training programs andresources to enhance sales team performance.Provide ongoing support and coaching to sales representatives to help themimprove their skills and achieve targets.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure salesstrategies are aligned with the overall business objectives.Participate in product and market development meetings to ensure the salesteam is prepared to sell new products and services effectively.Sales Forecasting And Reporting
Provide sales forecasts and track progress against targets.Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports to senior management.Project ManagementLead and oversee operational projects from initiation through execution, ensuringcompletion within deadlines and budget.Manage project timelines, resources, and communication across teams.Vendor & Supplier ManagementManage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations andtimely delivery of services/products.Negotiate contracts and ensure the organization gets the best value for itsinvestments.Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’sdegree preferred).Experience
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or sales strategy roles.Proven track record of success in sales performance and strategy development.Skills
Strong analytical skills and experience with sales data analysis tools (e.g.,Salesforce, Excel, Tableau).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence decision-makers.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Key Competencies
