We are currently hiring for the role of Sales Strategy & Planning.
Role Overview
The Assistant/Deputy Manager Sales Strategy & Planning will drive strategic planning, sales performance analysis, competition benchmarking, and execution alignment for real-estate projects. The role involves working closely with Sales, Marketing, Channel Partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure robust planning, timely execution, and informed decision-making.
Job Description:-
1. Competition Benchmarking & Market Intelligence
Conduct structured competition visits to understand product presentation, customer handling, site experience, and sales process.
Gather detailed insights on product configuration, pricing, offers, layout plans, inventory positioning, amenities, and sales collateral.
Validate collected data with Channel Partners when required to ensure market accuracy.
Use Prop-tech tools to track competition performancesales velocity, price movement, unit absorption, and configuration trends.
Prepare comprehensive competition benchmarking reports for Sales & Management review.
2. Sales Strategy, Planning & Execution
Support in preparation and rollout of annual/quarterly project strategies, pricing plans, launch readiness plans, and sales goals.
Track sales performance vs. targets and highlight achievement gaps, improvement areas, and risks.
Ensure the sales team is aligned with strategic planning.
3. Performance Analysis, Insights & Reporting
Maintain and update MIS dashboards, performance trackers, and weekly/monthly management reports.
Analyze trends across lead flow, conversion, sales funnel efficiency, channel partner contribution, customer profile, and more.
Generate actionable insights that support decision-making for pricing, product enhancements, and campaign planning.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Channel Teams, Product, and Project teams to ensure strategic alignment and flawless execution.
Coordinate between internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks as per goals, KPIs, and monthly plans.
5. Proactive Initiatives & Process Improvement
Drive initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and improve sales team productivity.
Contribute proactively to new project planning, launch readiness, competitive positioning, and internal process enhancements.
Improve accuracy and reliability of sales processes, data flow, and business reporting.
