Company PropXLreight, a leading real estate consulting and mandate sales brand with strong presence in Pune and Bengaluru, is looking for a Frontline Sales Executive to join its growing Mumbai team. Founded by Mr. Krishna Bagaria, ex-VP Godrej Properties with 20+ years of experience, the firm is revolutionizing mandate sales with transparency, innovation, and a strong customer-first approach. Frontline Sales Executive – CP Sourcing & Lead Handling (Mumbai) In this role, you will be responsible for Channel Partner (CP) sourcing and outreach (80%) and lead calling with site visit support (20%). You should have at least 2 years of experience with a builder or mandate sales firm and an active network of 50+ CPs in Mumbai, of which 20+ should be actively working in Pune. Daily tasks will include visiting CPs across Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, SOBO, and Western suburbs, ensuring smooth onboarding, training and commission disbursal for CPs, and pushing them for lead generation. The expectation is to onboard 100+ CPs in 30 days, achieve 6+ CP visits daily, generate 8–10 site visits per week via CPs, and make 15–20 calls per day to qualified leads. On weekends, you will attend site visits and assist closers to ensure smooth conversion. Candidates must have strong local market knowledge of Mumbai and its micro-markets, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage 30–40 stakeholder calls daily. Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets is expected, and Marathi, Hindi, and English fluency is preferred. A two-wheeler with a valid license is mandatory as travel across micro-markets is core to this role. The compensation is ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month fixed, with attractive incentives of ₹8,000–₹10,000 per booking sourced via CP. Local travel is reimbursed at actuals or ₹3/km. The role is 6 days a week, with Monday as the weekly off. You will report to the Project Sales Head. PropXLreight, a leading real estate consulting and mandate sales brand with a strong presence in Pune and Bengaluru, is hiring Frontline Sales Executives for its Pune East operations (Hadapsar–Solapur Road). Founded by Mr. Krishna Bagaria, ex-VP Godrej Properties, PropXLreight combines deep real estate expertise with innovative mandate sales strategies. Frontline Sales Executive – CP Sourcing & Lead Handling (Pune East) In this role, you will focus primarily on Channel Partner (CP) sourcing and outreach (80%), while also handling lead calling and site visits (20%). You will be expected to meet and onboard CPs across ROM markets like Solapur, Latur, Ahmednagar, Satara, Aurangabad, and Osmanabad, ensuring smooth registration, training, certification, and commission disbursal. The role also involves planning and executing roadshows for CPs, pushing them for lead generation, and ensuring 8–10 site visits per week via CP referrals. On the customer side, you will call 15–20 qualified leads daily, attend 3–6 weekend site visits, assist sales closers, and ensure all activities are tracked in CRM. We are looking for candidates with at least 1–2 years of experience in CP sourcing at a builder or mandate firm, with an active network of 20+ established ROM Channel Partners. Strong familiarity with both East and West Pune micro-markets is required. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with 30–40 stakeholder calls per day, fluent in Marathi (mandatory), Hindi, and English, and proficient in basic CRM tools and Google Sheets. A two-wheeler with a valid license is mandatory. The compensation is ₹30,000–₹45,000 per month fixed, with attractive incentives of ₹7,000–₹10,000 per booking sourced via CP. Local travel will be reimbursed at actuals or ₹3/km (bike preferred), and upcountry travel will be reimbursed against bus tickets with accommodation support as required. The role is 6 days per week with weekends mandatory and Monday as the weekly off. You will report to the Project Sales Head.
