Job Description – Channel Partner Sourcing ManagerLocation: Hadapsar, Pune Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month Experience: 6 Months – 5 Years Industry: Real Estate (Mandate Project) About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Channel Partner Sourcing Manager to strengthen our channel sales network for a mandate real estate project in Hadapsar, Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, onboarding, and managing strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and agents to drive consistent business growth. Key Responsibilities:Identify, onboard, and nurture new channel partners (brokers, agents, sub-brokers, and consultants). Actively engage with existing channel partners to ensure consistent flow of leads and closures. Conduct regular meetings, events, and training sessions for channel partners to keep them motivated and informed about project details. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by driving channel partner business. Coordinate with the internal sales team for smooth lead management, site visits, and closure support. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to strategize effective sourcing. Build strong relationships with partners through trust, transparency, and timely communication. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 6 months to 5 years in channel partner sourcing, broker network management, or real estate sales. Education: Graduate (MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred). Strong network of real estate brokers and agents in Pune will be an added advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
