Compliance Officer -Alternate Investment Fund (Giftcity) Minimum Qualification – CA, CS with at least 5 years of experience Professional Experience: 10-12 Years. (At least 5 years of experience in - compliance/risk management in a listed company/an entity regulated by a financial sector regulator; or - role in financial activities as Portfolio Manager / Fund Manager / Investment Advisor or Consultancy in fund management-related areas) Location – Giftcity Gandhinagar (Gujarat) Job Description – - Liaison with the GIFT, IFSC, and SEBI authorities for fund-related compliances and reporting - Timely reporting and compliance adherence as per the IFSC and SEBI regulations - Fund accounting, reconciliations, and operation of accounting processes and policies - Preparation of annual and quarterly financial reports - Liaising with external auditors and ensuring the timely completion of an audit - Assistance in investor reporting - Preparing investor presentations Ensure that all operations and business transactions comply with all relevant regulations and rules. - Miscellaneous reports and analysis as called upon Show more Show less
