Compliance Officer-AIF-Giftcity

As a Compliance Officer for an Alternate Investment Fund in Giftcity Gandhinagar (Gujarat), your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Liaising with the GIFT, IFSC, and SEBI authorities to ensure fund-related compliances and reporting are handled effectively. - Ensuring timely reporting and adherence to compliance as per the IFSC and SEBI regulations. - Managing fund accounting, reconciliations, and overseeing the operation of accounting processes and policies. - Preparation of annual and quarterly financial reports for the fund. - Collaborating with external auditors to ensure audits are completed in a timely manner. - Providing assistance in investor reporting and preparing investor presentations. - Ensuring that all operations and business transactions comply with relevant regulations and rules. - Handling miscellaneous reports and analysis as required. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Minimum Qualification of CA, CS with at least 5 years of experience. - Professional Experience of 10-12 Years, with at least 5 years in compliance/risk management in a listed company or an entity regulated by a financial sector regulator, or in a role related to financial activities such as Portfolio Manager, Fund Manager, Investment Advisor, or Consultancy in fund management-related areas.,
