Connect with Client by maintain professional relationship for closing the positions within timeline. Search the candidates based on Job Description and maintaining the relationship and to build a pool of potential applicants. Knowledge of interview assessment with the candidates for line-up the interview schedule between Client & Candidates. Initiate the interview process by conducting the first round of interview and then coordinating with client & candidates to complete the interview process through virtual & physical interview. Collect the candidates documents of employment & educational certificate and participation in negotiation of CTC as per clients budget. Connect with candidate for on-boarding process as per standards process.
