Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Internal Recruiter to manage hiring for our
Sales, Content, and Digital Marketing teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong domain
knowledge, excellent sourcing capability, and a proven track record of identifying and
onboarding high-performing talent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role expectations, team goals, and ideal
candidate profiles.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across:
• Develop and publish compelling job descriptions across job portals, internal channels,
and social platforms.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, ATS platforms, referrals,
and other tools.
• Conduct initial HR interviews to assess competencies, culture fit, and communication
skills.
• Coordinate interview schedules, ensure timely feedback, and deliver a seamless
candidate experience.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for strategic, urgent, and future roles.
• Share recruitment dashboards, talent insights, and progress reports with stakeholders.
• Stay informed about market trends, talent movement, and compensation benchmarks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; MBA/PGDM
preferred.
• 3–6 years of recruitment experience, especially in Sales, Content, and Digital Marketing
roles.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Instahyre, ATS tools, and other
sourcing platforms.
• Strong understanding of functional roles, KPIs, and terminology used in sales and
marketing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)
• Recruitment experience in B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or digital agency environments.
• Exposure to employer branding or recruitment marketing.
• Experience in diversity hiring.
