Job Description

As an experienced Recruiter at Quanticate, your role will involve providing support to the growing teams by efficiently sourcing and securing candidates for various open positions across the business. You will be based in Bangalore and may need to make occasional visits to the office. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide support to all open positions assigned to you, ensuring they are filled within set guidelines with quality candidates. - Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to fully understand their needs, preferred candidate profiles, and skill sets. - Resource individual roles effectively using a mix of advertising, direct approaches, talent mapping, and social media. - Brief candidates thoroughly before interviews, guiding them through the process. - Work with HR to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires. **Role-Specific Duties:** - Screen applicants to ensure they meet role requirements and have the legal ability to work. - Arrange interviews and tests for candidates, facilitating timely hiring decisions. - Develop expertise in internal recruitment and employer branding. - Ensure accurate tracking within the Applicant Tracking System. - Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future positions. - Stay updated on market trends and recruitment methods. **Key Relationships:** - Head of Internal Recruitment: Provide regular updates and support for continuous process improvement. - Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely to understand role requirements and preferred candidate profiles. - HR: Work together to ensure a smooth onboarding process. - Marketing: Support marketing activities for candidate attraction and attend events when needed. **Qualifications Required:** - Good understanding of high-end recruitment processes, particularly in the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry. - Experience in various resourcing techniques, including headhunting. - Strong communication skills at all organizational levels. - Excellent organizational skills, self-motivation, and negotiation abilities. - Ability to interview and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
