Role & responsibilities We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee onboarding and offboarding, administrative HR functions, and Provident Fund (PF) compliance and handling. This role requires good communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of HR processes. Key Responsibilities: Onboarding & Offboarding Coordinate end-to-end onboarding process: document collection, induction, orientation, and system access. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other joining documentation. Ensure smooth offboarding including exit interviews, clearance, full & final settlement coordination. PF and Statutory Compliance Handle PF registration, transfers, and withdrawals for employees. Liaise with EPFO and ensure monthly filings and timely remittance of PF contributions. Maintain and update statutory records, ECR filing, and compliance reports. HR Administration Maintain employee records and HR database (manual/digital). Coordinate with finance/payroll for inputs related to attendance, leaves, and statutory deductions. Manage admin support such as ID cards, attendance systems, HRMS data, etc. Support general office admin tasks as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, PF compliance, and admin activities. Good knowledge of Indian labor laws and PF regulations. Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
