Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Drives business development and lead generation to acquire new customers and grow accounts in the North American market through B2C & B2B sales.
  • Achieving exceptional conversion on leads coming from marketing and lead-gen efforts
  • Focus on existing large accounts and expand them with a focus on recurring revenue streams.
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.
  • Achievement of key metrics of input activities, conversion, and revenue consistently
  • Work very closely with teams such as leadership development, customer success,marketing, and product to achieve results,Leverage sales tools available to drive efficiency.
  • Strong adherence to the sales process and CRM usage.
  • Excellent communication & convincing skills.
  • High energy level, fast-paced personality
  • Motivated by goal attainment and performance measurement
  • Must be tech-savvy. Should have above-average computer and technical skills
  • Experience in using Salesforce for managing the sales process is a great plus!
  • Bachelors/Master’s degree from premium institutes desirable
