Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer at Millennium Instruments Limited (MIEPL), located in the Greater Delhi Area (HO). The Senior Sales Engineer will be tasked with mastering our product offerings, particularly #Rotork Electric, Hydraulic, and #Pneumatic Actuators, I/P Converters, Air Filter Regulators, Rotork YTC #Valve Positioners, and other valve accessories. Key responsibilities include proactive engagement in all phases of the sales process from lead generation through to sales closing, emphasizing customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive product knowledge and effectively present key features and benefits to potential clients. - Customize solutions based on client needs, assist to prepare detailed proposals, and technical documentation. - Deliver impactful product demonstrations and technical presentations. - Provide prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries, maintaining high service standards. - Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to strategically position #Rotork products in the market. - Establish and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. - Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed. - Consistently meet or exceed sales targets. - Follow up on payment collections and assist in resolving any client complaints. - Leverage existing connections with end customers, EPCs, and Valve OEMs in key markets including Chemical and Pharma, Sugar and Distillery, Paper, Oil and Gas, and Thermal Power. Job Summary: The Accounts, Taxation, Payable & Receivable Manager is responsible for managing the financial operations of the company. This role involves overseeing accounts payable and receivable, handling invoicing processes, ensuring compliance with taxation laws, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial processes, and experience in managing both accounts and tax-related tasks. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Management: Maintain and oversee the company's general ledger and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Reconcile accounts on a regular basis, including bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Taxation: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal tax regulations.
