Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Manager located in Hyderabad. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales by generating leads, handling account management, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets. Daily tasks will include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, designing sales strategies, and working collaboratively with other teams to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to drive new business and revenue opportunities.
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Account Management to nurture and maintain client relationships.
• Experience in Sales with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets and close deals effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated expertise in working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in an education or similar industry is an added advantage.
