Non IT Recruiter

We are looking for Junior and Senior HR executive at Elite and Nibav Lifts, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, focusing primarily on non-IT positions. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the company's staffing needs. Additionally, you will be involved in various HR operational tasks to support the smooth functioning of the HR department.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT positions, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule.

• Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.

• Maintain and update HR records and databases.

Desired Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

• Proven 0.6 Months - 4 years of work experience as an HR recruiter, with a focus on non-IT recruitment.

• Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
