We are seeking a Non-IT Recruiter who will lead full life cycle recruiting efforts. Partnering with hiring managers, you will build and execute sourcing strategies that identify, attract, and hire diverse candidates to support all business units.

Responsibilities
Working closely with Director TA, Department heads and Hiring Managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the hiring needs for each position, and meeting competitive hiring goals and expectations
Proficient in creating, reviewing, and designing the Job Descriptions and posting these job descriptions on various job boards, social media, internal ATS and other possible channels.
Researching about latest hiring processes for each role, setting evaluation parameters and coordinating with stakeholders in preparing assessment / test for each position.
Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs. Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the priority roles to be filled.
Staying active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent
Managing the end-to-end TA lifecycle across levels and roles and target to hire, onboarding and retaining quality talent.
Screening resumes and prospects, interviewing and managing candidates throughout the interview process from setting interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
Growing and fostering high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent
Utilizing knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and executing innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates.
Maintaining a database of candidate records.
Identifying, analyzing, presenting and keeping updated the hiring metrics and implementing initiatives to combat/ mitigate the challenges
