Non IT Recruiter

• Sourcing: Identify potential candidates using diverse methods (LinkedIn, job portals, industry-specific boards, networking, and employee referrals).
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific team needs and define job requirements.
• Screening: Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Offer Management: Negotiate salary packages and manage the offer letter process, ensuring a smooth transition to onboarding.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.
• Database Management: Maintain an organized Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 2–5 years of experience in recruitment (Non-IT sectors preferred).
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with specific sectors (e.g., Supply Chain, FMCG, Healthcare, or Finance).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a "people-first" approach.
• Negotiation: Strong ability to handle counter-offers and salary negotiations.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple open roles (high-volume recruiting) simultaneously.
• Tools: Proficiency with ATS platforms (like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Hiring for freshers and Tamil speaking candidates
