Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (Zoho Recruit) to ensure all candidate and requisition information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Requirement : Have 3+ years in US Non-IT sales recruitment. Have experience in working with Direct client and we don't work in MSP model. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and team members. Experience in managing client accounts and ensuring satisfaction through personalized, industry-specific recruitment strategies. Strong experience with Zoho Recruit for candidate tracking, Zoho CRM for client relationship management, LinkedIn Sales Navigator for candidate sourcing, and ZoomInfo for in-depth market research and data analysis. Proven experience in evaluating candidates for roles in manufacturing, engineering, logistics, and other non-IT sectors. Must have knowledge of all United States tax terms (like W2, 1099, and corp-to-corp). Strong experience in business development, client management, client , penetration, account mapping, and sales. Willing to work at US time EST (8.00AM to 5.00PM).

Reporting and Continuous Improvement Regularly analyze the effectiveness of lead generation activities, using Zoho CRM reporting tools to track key performance metrics such as lead conversion rates, response times, and overall lead quality Continuously refine and improve lead generation strategies, staying up-to-date with the latest tools, technologies, and best practices in the industry Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the recruitment team to enhance overall business performance Qualifications Experience 2 - 5 years of experience in lead generation, sales, market research, or recruitment, with a preference for experience within the US market. Preferably in Pharma or Life Science sector.
