Key Responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for sales and frontline roles across the North Zone.
Partner with business leaders to understand
manpower plans
and
hiring needs

Design and implement
effective sourcing strategies
using job portals, professional networks, social media, and referrals.
Conduct
screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination
to ensure timely closures.
Build and maintain a
robust talent pipeline
to meet future business requirements.
Negotiate offers
and facilitate a seamless
onboarding experience
for new hires.
Track and report
recruitment metrics
, ensuring adherence to
TAT
and
quality standards
.
Contribute to
employer branding
initiatives and
candidate engagement
activities.
Stay informed on
market trends
and
competitor hiring practices
.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum
3 years of proven experience
in end-to-end
sales hiring
(BFSI sector preferred).
Strong understanding of
sales role dynamics
, profiles, and market availability.
Excellent
communication
,
stakeholder management
, and
negotiation skills
.
Ability to
work independently
and manage
multiple mandates
simultaneously.
Hands-on experience with
ATS platforms
, job boards, and
social media sourcing
.
Strong
analytical mindset

to recruitment.
