Job Description

Minimum 8 years in Retail Recruitment NSO (New Store Opening) hiring

We are looking for an experienced

NSO Recruiter

to join our HR team at

V2 Retail

. The candidate should have strong experience in managing

end-to-end recruitment

for

new store openings

, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of retail staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle recruitment for all roles related to new store openings (Store Managers, Sales Associates, Cashiers, etc.)
Coordinate with operations and HR teams for manpower planning.
Ensure timely hiring as per project deadlines.
Maintain recruitment reports and trackers.

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of experience in retail recruitment.
Strong knowledge of mass hiring for stores.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Preferably from a retail background.
