Experience in full-cycle recruiting (end-to-end recruitment), sourcing and employment branding. 3. Team Player. 4. Critical stakeholder management is preferred. 5. Excellent recruitment reporting & dashboarding skills. 6. Must have managed Bulk/ Volume hiring projects. 7. Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods and use of social media and job boards with experience with Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools preferably with an experience working on any HRIS tool. 8. A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. Education: Graduate or PG completed.
