Job Description:
We are hiring Non-IT Recruiters to join our talent acquisition team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing non-technical roles across various industries.Responsibilities:Source and screen candidates using job portals, social media, and internal databasesCoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managersManage full recruitment cycle for non-IT positions (Admin, HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, Marketing, etc.)Ensure timely follow-ups, offer roll-out, and onboarding coordinationMaintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring reportsMeet weekly and monthly hiring targets.

Requirements:
Min 1 year of experience in Non-IT recruitmentStrong communication and negotiation skillsExperience with Naukri/LinkedIn/Indeed or other job boardsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
