Job Description: Production Senior Engineer (Mechanical) Location: Pune (Paud, Mulshi Taluka) Experience: 9-12 yrs Education: BE / Diploma- Mechanical Industry: Industrial Machinery / Industrial Automation (Press Machine / Bending Machine) Responsibilities: 1. Supervise production line operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures. 2. Train, guide and motivate production line employees. 3. Responsible for shift schedule to include: work station assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, work assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations 4. Communicate with other Shift Supervisors and concerned support service departments as regards in terms of Man, Machine and Material. 5. Coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers. 6. Preparation of all drawing availability & tooling maintenance. 7. Preparation for Single Minute Of Exchange Dies (SMED). 8. To meet shift production targets, quality and cost effectively to meet the delivery schedule. Minor maintenance of machines 9.
