Non-IT Recruiter

As a Non-IT Recruiter at GARTECH EQUIPMENTS PVT. LTD., your primary responsibility is to source, screen, and hire candidates for non-technical roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, conduct interviews, and effectively manage the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: - Source and attract candidates through various channels - Screen candidates resumes and job applications - Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods - Assess applicants" relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes - Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated - Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices Qualifications: - Proficiency in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition - Strong Interviewing and Candidate Assessment abilities - Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills - Capability to work autonomously and on-site in Pune - Experience in the poultry industry is advantageous - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field - Understanding of local labor laws and regulations Please note: GARTECH EQUIPMENTS PVT.
