Role & responsibilities Ensure quality assurance & quality control during PEB fabrication and erection. Conduct site inspections and prepare reports. Review and interpret drawings for quality compliance. Coordinate with site and fabrication teams to resolve quality-related issues. Maintain adherence to quality standards and safety norms. Preferred candidate profile Diploma / B.E. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering . 1 to 3 years in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) industry (fabrication + erection). Direct hands-on QA/QC experience in PEB fabrication shops or erection sites.
Role & responsibilities * Visit colleges and meet placement officers to pitch training programs. * Close MoUs and maintain strong partnerships. * Negotiate effectively and achieve targets. * Leads will be provided. Requirements: * Min. 1 year experience in business development / student mobilization. * Strong communication & negotiation skills. * Willing to travel to colleges. * Good hike based on previous salary.
