Job Title:

Job Summary:

MNC Bank is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the position of Tele Caller / AR Caller. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in both English and Hindi and be comfortable handling high volumes of system-generated calls. Freshers and experienced candidates from any field are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle system-generated outbound and inbound calls.
• Engage with customers professionally and resolve queries.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Adhere to call quality and compliance standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education:

  Minimum 10+2+3 qualification.

• Languages:

  Must be fluent in English and Hindi (spoken).

• Location Requirement:

  Should have been residing in Chennai for the last 6 months.

• Preferred Location Radius:

  Within 3040 km of the office.

Experience & Compensation:

• Freshers:

• CTC: 3 LPA
• In-hand Salary: 19,400 per month

• Experienced Candidates:

• Minimum 6 months of experience (must submit relieving letter and pay slips)
• 15% hike on current salary
• Max CTC: 4.5 LPA
• Exceptional candidates: Up to 5.5 LPA
• Background: Candidates from any field can apply; CSA experience preferred

• LTA:

  542/month
• Year-end bonus and annual increment
• Provident Fund (PF) applicable for both freshers and experienced

Work Schedule:

• Female :

  Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM

• Male :

  Rotational shifts starting from 7:00 AM
• 6 days off per month (not fixed on weekends)
• Sundays may be working days
