We are hring for a Candiate for Business development Role who Have Worked In Non-IT Recruitment/staffing industry background.
*Identify and generate leads for potential clients in non-lT industries (manufacturing,
automotive, logistics, etc.).
*Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business
opportunities.
*Reach out to HR and procurement heads to pitch contract staffing/recruitment
services.
*Build a strong sales pipeline through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person
visits.
*Conduct client meetings to understand manpower requirements, job roles, and
staffing needs.
*Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients as per company guidelines.
*Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new
clients.
*Ensure proper documentation and compliance during client onboarding.
*Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
*Act as the point of contact for client issues and escalations.
*Provide regular updates and reports to clients on staffing progress and
performance.
*Work closely with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure successful
delivery.
*Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue
orecasts.
*Attend industry events and conferences to enhance networking and business
visibility.
*Proven experience (5+ years) in business development/sales in recruitment/staffing,
*preferably in non-lT sectors.
*Strong knowledge of contract staffing models and recruitment lifecycle.
*Good network and existing relationships in manufacturing, automotive, logistics industries
is a plus.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
*Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
*Ability to travel locally/regionally as needed.
