The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong candidate management abilities, and expert-level proficiency in Boolean search techniques. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for a wide range of non-IT roles across various industries in the US market. Utilize job boards, ATS, LinkedIn, and advanced Boolean search strings to find active and passive candidates. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for high-volume and niche hiring needs. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, feedback follow-ups, and offer negotiations. Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and understand the specific hiring needs for each industry vertical. Conduct initial phone screenings and assess candidate fit based on skill sets, experience, and cultural compatibility. Maintain accurate candidate records and progress updates in the ATS or CRM systems. Deliver a high-touch candidate experience and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process. Required Qualifications: 1+ years of experience as a Non-IT Recruiter focusing on the US market. Demonstrated success in recruiting for any or all of the following: Construction, Manufacturing, Logistics, Banking, Finance, Civil Engineering, Healthcare, Aerospace & Defense, and Aviation . Exceptional communication skills , both written and verbal. Strong experience in candidate management and relationship building. Expertise in using Boolean search strings to effectively source top talent. Familiarity with US hiring practices, tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), and visa classifications is a plus. Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and various job portals. Preferred Skills: High attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong negotiation, time management, and organizational skills.
