Job Description

Job Overview:

Civil Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Drawing & Design
Read and interpret erection drawings, structural layouts, and steel connection details.
Assist in structural design modifications and provide technical inputs during execution.
Site Execution
Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications.
Coordinate civil team and site workers for smooth project execution.
Material Inspection & Quality Control
Inspect construction materials (steel, concrete, etc.) to ensure quality standards are met.
Implement quality control procedures and maintain documentation of inspections and tests.
Structural Works
Oversee steel structure erection, connections, and alignment.
Ensure safety and stability of structural components during installation.
Project Management
Track project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and highlight deviations.
Support project managers in scheduling, resource allocation, and resolving technical issues.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Diploma in
Civil Engineering
(or equivalent).
2–4 years of relevant site engineering experience in structural/steel projects.
Strong knowledge of
structural engineering principles
and steel connections.
Proficiency in
erection drawing reading
and structural detailing.
Familiarity with
construction materials inspection
and quality assurance practices.
Hands-on experience in
project execution and site supervision
.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
