🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify candidates on

  LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals

• Screen and assess candidates for non-IT roles (Pharma, Healthcare, Engineering, Construction, Legal, etc.)
• Coordinate with BDMs and clients for submissions and interview updates
• Maintain candidate records and daily activity trackers

💼 Requirements:

• Experienced recruiters or freshers

  who are passionate about learning and growing in recruitment
• Strong interest in

  LinkedIn sourcing

  and talent acquisition
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
