Senior Non-IT Recruiter (Legal & Construction Focus)

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end recruitment for legal & construction roles (attorneys, paralegals, compliance, estimators, project managers, site engineers, superintendents, QS, HSE, etc.).

• Partner with clients to scope complex requirements; advise on talent/compensation markets.

• Source via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and targeted outreach.

• Screen, interview, and present shortlists with structured notes.

• Negotiate offers/contracts and coordinate onboarding.

• Build pipelines for repeat roles across legal, construction, and other non-IT verticals.

• Share market intel and mentor junior recruiters on specialized searches.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of recruitment experience with a strong track record in legal & construction

hiring.

• Demonstrated success placing attorneys, paralegals, estimators, project managers, and construction supervisors/engineers.

• Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job boards.

• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Agency experience strongly preferred; ability to handle multiple requisitions at pace.
