• Own the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing roles
• Source top talent across

  LinkedIn Recruiter

  Indeed Resume

  ,

  Monster

  ,

  Dice

  ,

  ZipRecruiter

  , and other platforms
• Hire for a wide range of

  non-IT roles

  in:
• 🔹 Healthcare: RN, CT Tech, Surgical Techs, CNAs, Respiratory Therapists
• 🔹 Legal: Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Assistants
• 🔹 Construction & Skilled Trades: Site Supervisors, Laborers, HVAC Technicians, Electricians
• 🔹 Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences: Regulatory Affairs, Drug Safety, Clinical Research, Biostatistics
• Write and post attention-grabbing job ads
• Build strong candidate pipelines and manage ATS records
• Collaborate with account managers and client teams to deliver exactly what’s needed
• Work in a

  high-speed, performance-driven

  recruitment environment

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–7 years of experience

  in

  non-IT recruiting or full-desk staffing

• Proven expertise in

  LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, Dice

  , and other sourcing tools
• Experience hiring in

  healthcare, legal, skilled trades, and life sciences

• Excellent communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills
• Track record of finding impossible-to-find candidates under pressure
• Agency/staffing firm experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of

  W2, C2C, and 1099

  models is a plus
