Senior Non-IT Recruiter

💼 Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles — from sourcing to onboarding.
• Utilize

  LinkedIn Recruiter/RPS

  (must-have), along with

  Indeed, Monster, Dice, ZipRecruiter, and other job boards

  for candidate sourcing.
• Collaborate with BDMs and the recruiting team to meet submission and hiring goals.
• Maintain organized candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Mentor junior recruiters and foster a collaborative, high-energy team culture.

✨ Requirements:

• Minimum

  4 years of Non-IT recruiting experience

  .

• LinkedIn sourcing

  expertise is mandatory (RPS experience preferred).
• Proficiency with

  Indeed, Monster, Dice, ZipRecruiter

  , and other sourcing tools.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Team-player attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
