Non-IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for

  Banking & Investment Banking roles

  (front office, middle office, back office).
• Drive

  C2H (Contract-to-Hire)

  and permanent hiring processes effectively.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, senior stakeholders, and business leaders to understand requirements and provide recruitment solutions.
  
• Mentor and support junior recruiters in the team to enhance overall performance.
  
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.
  
• Coordinate with management and ensure smooth communication flow across recruitment processes.
  
• Work under tight deadlines and deliver quality hires within set timelines.
  
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and hiring policies.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of

  Banking & Investment Banking roles

  (Operations, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Finance, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in

  sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management

  .
• Proven ability to manage

  high-volume hiring

  under pressure.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• Proficiency in

  MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  and recruitment tracking tools.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate degree (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  
• 2 to 3 years of

  recruitment experience in Banking / Investment Banking domain
