Recruiter (Non-IT)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the

  entire recruitment lifecycle

  – from understanding manpower requirements to onboarding selected candidates.
• Partner with business heads and hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
• Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ suitability, experience, and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and MIS for management review.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future organizational needs.
• Ensure adherence to company recruitment policies and timelines.
• Represent the organization professionally in all interactions with candidates and external partners.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education:

  Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience:

  5–8 years of experience in

  Non-IT recruitment

  .

• Industry Preference:

  Logistics, Power, or Mining.
• Strong understanding of technical, operational, and functional roles across industrial domains.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Language Proficiency:

  Fluency in

  English, Hindi, and Tamil

  (mandatory).
• Proven ability to manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment platforms.
