Required Skills & Qualifications

4 to 8 years of experience
in Non-IT recruitment with strong focus on
Sales, Field Operations, Agriculture/Agri-Tech, or Manufacturing hiring
.
Proven experience hiring
Field Technical Executives, Farm Supervisors,Sales Executives,Area Sales Managers, and similar front-line positions
.
Excellent sourcing skills using
Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, local hiring channels, and field-level referral networks
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and multi-tasking abilities.
Experience in handling
multiple locations and high-volume hiring
.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

Nice to Have

Experience hiring for
Agri-tech, agro-products manufacturing
Knowledge of rural hiring practices and field manpower sourcing.
Exposure to ATS or HRMS platforms.
