Job Title: Business Analyst (3-5 Years Experience) Location: Hyderabad | Employment Type: Full-Time Note:Need immediate joiners only About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to support requirement gathering, UX wireframing, and sprint execution in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, UX/UI Designers, and QA teams to translate business needs into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder discussions. Create user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, and process flows to define business needs. Maintain and optimize Jira boards and dashboards for effective sprint tracking. Assist in Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Release Coordination. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate business needs and system functionality. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Daily Standups. Conduct basic data analysis to provide insights for product decision-making. Skills & Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or related fields. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and user story mapping . Experience in Jira and wireframing tools (Miro/Figma/XD etc.) . Ability to break down complex business processes into structured, well-defined requirements. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills. Nice to Have Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making. Exposure to API documentation, system workflows, and integrations . Understanding of Agile estimation techniques (T-shirt sizing, story points).
