Education: MBA in HR
Experience: 11–20 years
Salary Range: Upto 30 LPA
Reporting To: Director
Requirements:
* Proven track record in large-scale recruitment operations.
* Expertise in Sales & Non-IT hiring.
* Strong leadership and team management experience.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Candidates from BPO, IT, or Manufacturing industries will not be considered.
