Senior Sales Recruiter

As a Senior Executive - Human Resources at our company, your role will involve developing and implementing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with our goals and objectives. You will be responsible for managing and achieving the hiring targets while maintaining a high level of efficiency. Stakeholder management is crucial to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment plans. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, utilizing data-driven approaches, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with company goals. - Manage and achieve hiring targets efficiently. - Conduct sales recruitment for Pan India. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment plans. - Oversee end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, selection, screening, and orientation. - Measure effectiveness of recruitment strategies using data-driven approaches. - Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and external partners. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for attracting top talent. - Promote employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources. - Education: Any Graduate. - Mumbai-based candidates preferred.
