Role Overview: As a Senior Recruiter, you are considered a subject matter expert in the field of recruitment. Key Responsibilities: - Source, recruit, and hire senior sales and technical professionals for various roles - Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding - Offer guidance and support to hiring managers and recruiting team members - Collaborate with the worldwide recruiting team to implement recruiting programs and strategies - Partner with other departments to drive the recruiting process and ensure a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates Qualifications Required: - Minimum 7 years of industry experience in sales hiring - Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement - Ability to proactively network, establish effective working relationships, and pursue cost-containment efforts - Proficiency in executing recruiting strategy, employer promotion, candidate management, and diversity sourcing - Self-sufficiency and ability to work with little direct supervision - Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment - Strong analytical skills to create, measure, and scale workflows within the recruitment process (Note: Additional details about the company were not included in the job description.),
