Job description: Job Title: Senior Sales Recruiter Location: Chennai, India Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Fixed off on Saturday & Sunday) Package: Based on the previous CTC About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter to drive the hiring of top sales professionals and build a high-performing sales team that fuels our company’s growth. What You’ll Be Doing Sourcing the Best Talent – Use job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach to find high-potential sales professionals. Screening & Shortlisting – Assess candidates’ sales acumen, communication skills, and cultural fit. Interview & Selection – Manage the hiring process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates. Offer Management & Onboarding – Negotiate offers, close hires, and support onboarding for a smooth transition. Data-Driven Hiring – Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve sourcing strategies. Employer Branding – Build a reputation as an employer of choice by ensuring a great candidate experience. What Makes You a Great Fit? Experience: 4-6 years in recruitment, preferably in telesales , inside sales , or B2C hiring . Languages: Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi to engage with a diverse candidate pool. People Skills: Ability to assess candidates’ sales potential and build strong relationships. Tech Savvy: Proficient in using ATS, job portals, and LinkedIn for sourcing.
