Senior Sales Recruiter

You will be joining us as a Senior Executive in the Human Resources department, bringing with you a wealth of experience and a dynamic approach to your work. Your current location will be Dadar, Mumbai, with a planned shift to Chembur after a month. With a minimum of 5 years of experience and a graduate degree, you will play a crucial role in our organization by developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that are in line with our objectives. Your responsibilities will include overseeing sales recruitment across Pan India, meeting hiring targets, and ensuring efficiency in the recruitment process. Effective stakeholder management will be key in this role, as you work closely with various teams to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly. Your duties will encompass the entire recruitment process, from posting job listings to conducting interviews, selecting candidates, performing background screenings, and arranging orientations. You will be expected to leverage data-driven techniques to assess the success of our recruitment strategies and make well-informed decisions. Building and nurturing strong relationships with stakeholders, such as hiring managers and external recruitment partners, will be essential for success in this role. Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices will be vital to ensure that our company remains competitive in attracting top talent. As part of your responsibilities, you will also be tasked with promoting our employer brand and ensuring a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
