Role Overview: As a Senior Recruiter, you are a subject matter expert in all aspects of recruiting. You establish relationships within the market and across the company, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process. Your dedication ensures the successful delivery of market insights, innovative solutions, and top talent for assigned roles within your supported business units. Key Responsibilities: - Source, recruit, and hire senior sales and technical professionals for various roles, including individual contributors and management positions - Manage the complete hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding - Guide and support hiring managers and recruiting team members - Collaborate with the global recruiting team to implement programs and strategies for filling current openings and building a qualified candidate pipeline - Partner with other departments to streamline the recruiting process and facilitate onboarding Qualifications Required: - Minimum 7 years of industry experience in sales hiring - Strong client focus with a commitment to continuous improvement - Proactive networking skills and ability to establish effective relationships - Proficiency in executing recruiting strategies, including employer promotion, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management - Self-sufficiency and ability to work with minimal supervision - Strong consulting and team collaboration skills - Excellent analytical skills for workflow creation, measurement, and scalability between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team Role Overview: As a Senior Recruiter, you are a subject matter expert in all aspects of recruiting.
