Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Recruiter, based in Mumbai. The Senior Sales Recruiter will manage the full life cycle of recruiting, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent. The role includes developing recruitment strategies, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Senior Sales Recruiter will also maintain the applicant tracking system, provide market insights, and participate in networking events.

Qualifications

• Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting skills
• Experience in Hiring and Account Management
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
