Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  2. Create and post job descriptions across platforms
  3. Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
  4. Screen resumes and conducts initial phone or video interviews
  5. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
  6. Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain candidate records
  7. Communicate offers and manage negotiation processes

Preferred candidate profile

  1. Good Communication Skills
  2. Basic computer Skills(MS Excel ,Word, PPT)
  3. Experience in HR would be added advantage
  4. Languages: English, Hind+ Preferable from south Indian language
