Finished Product Legal metrology compliance.Leading and accessing the Quality Improvement Projects (QIP), Continual improvement and six sigma projects in the factory.Active team member of quality system design (SOP, Inspection, Safety, Analysis) and responsible person for implementation of the same.Responsible for factory auditing (Own/3P) and compliance w.r.t QMS. Preforming SQC data analysis and proposal presentation, MIS for Head QA review.Performing vendor audit and evaluation for non-compliance report.Maintaining the Quality dept. budget and procurement finalization of testing equipment.Handling Deviation Management.SAP QM module activity. Handling Consumer complaints and Internal customer complaints.
