Roles and ResponsibilitiesManage substation projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning for smooth project progress.Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.Desired Candidate Profile4-9 years of experience in substation design & build projects (220kV/400kV) at switchyards.Strong understanding of civil works involved in substation construction.Experience working on RRVPnl (Rural Electrification Projects) or similar initiatives is desirable.
