Roles and Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, etc. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements. Conduct end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to interview coordination. Ensure timely communication with clients regarding candidate status updates. Manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously with minimal supervision. Desired Candidate Profile 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (EPC Project). MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory. Strong understanding of EPC projects' unique challenges in terms of talent acquisition needs. Excellent screening resume skills to identify top performers for client roles.
