Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR professional to manage recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee life cycle activities within a healthcare environment. The role requires hands-on experience in medical and non-medical hiring, HR documentation, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to hospital operations and HR processes in large healthcare setups.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for medical, paramedical, nursing, and non-medical roles.
  • Manage sourcing, screening, coordination with department heads, and offer rollouts.
  • Drive doctor recruitment and support manpower planning initiatives across units.

2. Onboarding & Induction

  • Manage complete onboarding formalities including document verification, ID creation, HRIS setup, background verification, biometric enrolment, and employee file management.
  • Plan and conduct induction sessions for new joiners.
  • Coordinate pre-joining medical checks and bank account setup.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain employee records, HRMS data, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Oversee payroll inputs and support monthly payroll processing.
  • Manage HR documentation, personal files, and compliance-related reporting.
  • Support internal and external accreditation audits such as NABH, NABL, and Nursing Excellence.

4. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Work with department heads to resolve workplace issues and enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Contribute to HR policy implementation and process improvement activities.

5. Coordination & Administrative Support

  • Liaise with multiple hospital departments including Nursing, Admin, Clinical, and Paramedical teams.
  • Assist in HRIS/HIS tasks, email ID creation, and system access management.
  • Support audit documentation for HR and administrative functions.

Preferred Experience

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in HR roles within hospitals or healthcare institutions
  • Bachelors or PGDM in Human Resources
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively within tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience managing both medical and non-medical recruitment
  • Hands-on HR operations in NABH/NABL accredited hospitals
