Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is responsible for the entire recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs with managers to attracting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates through various channels, and acting as a brand ambassador to ensure a positive candidate experience. They focus on finding individuals who not only fit the job but also align with the company's long-term goals.

Required Skills

• Collaborate with hiring managers: Work with internal teams to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies: Create plans to attract candidates, which may include job postings, social media campaigns, and attending job fairs.
• Source and screen candidates: Utilize various channels to find potential applicants, both active and passive, and review their qualifications.
• Conduct interviews: Participate in the interview process to assess candidate suitability.
• Manage the hiring process: Guide candidates through the entire hiring cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Act as a brand ambassador: Promote the company's brand and values to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain data and report on metrics: Keep track of recruitment data in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and report on key metrics.
• Stay informed on the market: Monitor industry trends and competitor analysis to ensure competitive hiring practices.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience required.
• Any Graduate/Post-graduate B. Tech, B. Sc, M. Sc, BCA, MCA, etc. is eligible for this position.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Candidate must have core IT recruitment experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
