This role requires a hands-on recruitment leader who not only drives team performance but also personally handles senior/mid-level hiring . The recruitment scope will cover both IT and Non-IT domains , so prior experience in managing diverse industry hiring is a must. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent delivery, maintain quality standards, and achieve hiring targets. Key Responsibilities 1. Team Leadership & Management Hire, train, and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists. Monitor team performance and ensure optimum output and productivity. Motivate and mentor the team to consistently meet and exceed hiring targets. 2. Self-Recruitment (Leadership & Critical Roles) Personally manage end-to-end recruitment for senior and niche IT & Non-IT positions . Partner with clients and candidates at leadership levels to ensure smooth closures. Build strong networks for strategic hiring needs across industries. 3. Training & Development Train team members on IT and Non-IT recruitment processes , sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement. Conduct regular sessions on calling processes, candidate resolution, and client interaction. Identify skill gaps and design training modules for continuous improvement. 4. Quality Assurance & Performance Management Ensure high call quality standards through monitoring and structured feedback. Drive weekly and monthly hiring closures aligned with client and company goals. Implement corrective actions to improve productivity and candidate experience. 5. Process Management & Reporting Design and execute recruitment strategies for IT & Non-IT hiring verticals. Track, analyze, and report hiring metrics to senior management. Develop actionable plans to achieve business growth through recruitment delivery. Key Skills & Competencies Strong experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment (mandatory). Proven track record of managing, mentoring, and scaling a recruitment team. Hands-on recruiter for senior, leadership, and niche roles . Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Expertise in call monitoring, candidate engagement, and training delivery. Target-driven, result-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills. Qualifications Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in a recruitment consultancy/staffing firm is highly preferred .
