About the Role

Manager – Talent Acquisition


Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Management

  • Hire, train, and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure optimum output and productivity.
  • Motivate and mentor the team to consistently meet and exceed hiring targets.


2. Self-Recruitment (Leadership & Critical Roles)

  • Personally manage

    end-to-end recruitment for senior and niche IT & Non-IT positions

    .
  • Partner with clients and candidates at leadership levels to ensure smooth closures.
  • Build strong networks for strategic hiring needs across industries.


3. Training & Development

  • Train team members on

    IT and Non-IT recruitment processes

    , sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement.
  • Conduct regular sessions on calling processes, candidate resolution, and client interaction.
  • Identify skill gaps and design training modules for continuous improvement.


4. Quality Assurance & Performance Management

  • Ensure high call quality standards through monitoring and structured feedback.
  • Drive weekly and monthly hiring closures aligned with client and company goals.
  • Implement corrective actions to improve productivity and candidate experience.


5. Process Management & Reporting

  • Design and execute recruitment strategies for IT & Non-IT hiring verticals.
  • Track, analyze, and report hiring metrics to senior management.
  • Develop actionable plans to achieve business growth through recruitment delivery.


Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong experience in

    both IT and Non-IT recruitment

    (mandatory).
  • Proven track record of managing, mentoring, and scaling a recruitment team.
  • Hands-on recruiter for

    senior, leadership, and niche roles

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expertise in call monitoring, candidate engagement, and training delivery.
  • Target-driven, result-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.


Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in a recruitment consultancy/staffing firm is

    highly preferred
